ImplanTalk™ was founded by Dr Rashi Gupta to fill a gap that conference workshops, lecture-based CPD, and skills labs simply cannot address — real surgical experience, inside a real operating theatre, with a world-class clinician beside you at every stage.
Whether you're observing your first full-arch case, assisting through a live procedure with your own patient, or performing independently under direct supervision — every moment inside the ImplanTalk theatre is engineered to change how you practice.

Intimate Learning
Strictly one-on-one or maximum two dentists per session.

4 to 8 points per session, verifiable and applicable.
Eligibility
Built on Your Workshop Foundation
The mentorship program builds upon the knowledge and clinical workflows taught during our ImplanTalk workshops.
Observation — "I Do"
Open to registered dentists, subject to approval and case availability.
Hands-On Mentorship — "We Do" and "You Do"
- Single implant mentorship is available to dentists who have completed the ImplanTalk Single Implant Workflow Workshop.
- All-on-X mentorship is available to dentists who have completed the ImplanTalk All-on-X: Clinical Workflow and Considerations Workshop.
- Dentists with equivalent previous training may be accepted at the discretion of Dr Rashi Gupta.
- Participation is subject to an assessment of the dentist's training, experience and clinical readiness.
- Completing a workshop does not automatically guarantee hands-on participation. The dentist's involvement will depend on demonstrated competence, case complexity and patient safety.

Implant components and grafting materials are charged separately.
Anaesthesia & Facility Fees
General anaesthetic, IV sedation and associated hospital, anaesthetist or facility fees are charged separately.
Additional Procedures
Additional procedures outside the agreed treatment plan are quoted separately.

Clinical Conditions
Assessment & Eligibility
- Every patient requires a comprehensive clinical and radiographic assessment before acceptance.
- The proposed treatment must be clinically appropriate and within the scope of the facility.
- The participating dentist must hold current registration, professional indemnity insurance and any other required credentials.
- Appropriate patient consent must be obtained for supervised dentist participation.
During Treatment & Terms
- The level of hands-on participation will be confirmed before treatment and may be changed if required for patient safety.
- Dr Rashi Gupta may assume control of any part of the procedure if clinically necessary.
- Mentorship is case-based and does not constitute specialist training, accreditation or a guarantee of independent clinical
- competency.
- All mentorship fees must be paid before the scheduled treatment date.
